TANK CLEANING HEAD

High Pressure Cleaning of Vessels and Storage Tanks.

  • Hammelmann tank cleaning head remove deposits including hardened materials from tank internal walls at pressures ¬†up to 1500 bar.
  • The units operate using the power of high pressure water so no other energy sources or extra cleaning materials are necessary.
  • The nozzle arms rotate due to the reaction force of the water jets emitting from the nozzles mounted at each end.

Aquamat Automatic tank cleaners

  • Hammelmann automatic tank cleaners remove deposites including hardened materials from tank internal walls at pressures of up to 1500 bar.

PIPEMASTER INTERNAL CLEANING

The Pipe master is a semiautomatic unit for cleaning head exchanger bundles tube internals. Rotating lances achieves optimum cleaning the pipe master can be tailored to fir individual bundle requirements. All rotating advancing and retracting motions are adjustable. The design available for pipe master are of Vertical and Horizontal design.

FRV-3000

Cleaning equipment used for on deck cleaning, paint booth cleaning and or various other surface preparation using high pressure spray bars.

A vacuum system is attached to this equipment in order to collect the waste water and debris from the surface.

The maximum operating pressure is up to 3000 bar.

Hammelmann Spider Jet

Spider jet is a semi-automatic device used in shipping industries for surface preparation using ultra high pressure up to 3000 bar.

  • This unit can be used for stripping vertical inclined and horizontal surfaces.
  • The Spider jet attaches to the work surface by vacuum force at is driven by a pneumatic motors.
  • The vacuum also retrieves all waste water and removed solids.

Hammelmann High pressure guns

RD FLEX 3000

This is a high pressure cleaning accessory used in High Pressure Guns for renovation like surface layer removal, Paint removal, concrete removal, expansion joint removal, Paint booth grid & skid clean up, Hull deck and superstructure surface preparation.

  • Pressure up to maximum 3000 bar.
  • Flow rate up to 30 liters per minute.
  • Rotation speed from 1000 to 4000 RPM

 

HIGH PRESSURE SPRAY GUNS

High pressure cleaning accessories for spot blasting using high pressure water jets.

  • Compared with other conventional guns HAMMELMANN guns required 80% less strength for operating and holding the trigger.
  • An advantageous side effect is reduction in valve component wear.

PNEUMATICALLY POWERED GUNS

A Pneumatic motor rotates the barrel and attached blasting tools (multiple nozzle heads) for the blasting process.

 

MECHANICAL BYPASS GUNS

With the trigger released the gun bypass valve is open so that water from the pump bypasses (dumps) without pressure. Operating the trigger closed the gun bypass valve so that water flows at pressure and emits from the nozzle(s).

ELECTRICAL GUNS

High pressure cleaning accessories for spot blasting using high pressure water jets.

Compared with other conventional guns HAMMELMANN guns required 80% less strength for operating and holding the trigger.

An advantageous side effect is reduction in valve component wear.

The electrical control signal switches the pump bypass control to open (no pressure) or (pressure on).
